I was born in the city of Mercedes, in 1975.
I studied at the Escuela Nacional de Bellas Artes Prilidiano Pueyrredon
Between 2003-04 I attended Pablo Siquier and Ernesto Ballesteros workshops.
In 2005 I took part of the Rojas and Intercampos scholarships.
In 2006 I was accepted to the Skowhegan intensive residency program, USA.
From 2003 I took part in numerous collective exhibitions both in Argentina and abroad.
In 2006 I made an individual exhibition at Alberto Sendrós Gallery.
In early 2008 I represented Argentina at the 5th Berlin Biennial for Contemporary Art.
In 2005 I was awarded with the first prize at Curriculum 0.
Some doors I remove the painting from, and made a mise-en-scène of the whole process.
This took place in the 15th floor of the Buenos Aires Sheraton Hotel. That day I decided I’d go for a cutter. The action consisted on getting into the building, choose a floor at random, getting off at the 15th floor, bump into some sofas, take out my gun, perforate the upholstery, take photographs and leave. For these type of actions, I always try to carry with me different types of guns in my rucksack: pliers, screwdrivers, ropes, cutting devices, pincers, hand drills, spades. My main goal is to get the task done; nothing must be an obstacle, no one can stop me.
